FLAMES TURNED INTO ASHES

 

 


Malawi national football team, the flames lost  to Kenya at Bingu National Stadium by 4-0 in the 4-Nations Tournament.

The visitors took the lead in seconds of the game through their captain Michael Olunga Ogaga. Ogaga   again added the second goal through the penalty spot  in the 5th minute of the game.

Malawi had a chance in the 69th minute when the refereee awarded them a penalty. Suddenly Lloyd Aaron's spot kick was saved by Kenyan goalkeeper Patrick  Matasi.

Ayubu Masika scored the third in the 84 minutes before Magambi Naguma made it more worse in the added time by  scoring a beautiful goal at 90+3.

This means that Malawi will face Zambia in the third position game while Zimbabwe will face Kenya in the final of the tournament.
